Our meeting on Zoom will cover Brit's annual Southern Maine real estate market presentation, a highlight SMLA looks forward to every year. We will also give an update on the new Rent Control Ordinance in Portland, and we will cover platforms for landlords to use for background checks on potential tenants now that Tenant Net has become defunct.
