Save-the-date for our October membership meeting! This meeting will be IN-PERSON at the Elks Lodge in Portland on Tuesday, October 25th.

We'll be featuring our "Basics & Beyond" class, presented by Brit Vitalius and Sam Sherry. This class is great for both new and longstanding rental housing providers, as it offers a refresher on all the key aspects of residential rentals.

Topics include:

  • Fire Safety
  • Insurance
  • Rental Marketing
  • Fair Housing
  • Required lease forms
  • State law review of security deposits, notification timelines, evictions, etc. 
  • & More!
